RESEARCH INTERESTS

We are interested in investigating basic design principles and

information processing capabilities of small biological networks, from

genetic to neural circuits, using tools from non-linear dynamics,

stochastic processes and signal and control theories.

FACILITITES

In our group we have the following facilitites: Access to individual PCs

and supercomputer facilities of the Autonoma University. There is also a

possibility to conduct molecular biology experiments in the labs of our

current collaborators at National Biotechnology Center (CNB) and Center

for Molecular Biology (CBM).
