RESEARCH INTERESTS

Stochastic dynamics of gene regulation and epigenetics. We are interested in 

stochastic oscillations in small gene regulatory networks and in the dynamics of

chromatin silencing.

 

FACILITITES

The computational research benefits from access to several computing clusters in our Department.
