Stochastic and chaotic behavior of passive electrical properties of the cardiac muscle cells from the viewpoint of their excitability and excitation-contraction coupling.

Techniques: single-channel and whole-cell patch clamp, confocal microscopy, electron microscopy, advanced data analysis, mathematical modeling and simulation.
